IEEE conference formatting requirements

  • Papers must be written in English and prepared using the A4 IEEE conference templates for proceedings.
  • Official templates are available on the IEEE Manuscript Templates page.
  • All submissions must be in .pdf format and include relevant keywords.
Originality & Ethics

Plagiarism and dual submission policies

  • Submissions of full, demo and artifact, and short papers should be original work without substantial overlap with pre-published papers.
  • All submissions are subject to similarity checks and the conference enforces strict plagiarism policies.
Author Requirements

Important author-related guidelines

  • Submit with the full and final list of authors in the correct order.
  • Author list cannot be changed after the submission deadline.
  • Carefully proofread your submission; language should be clear and correct (US or UK English).

IDFC 2027 is Technically Co-sponsored by the IEEE Italy Section. All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be included in the IEEE Conference Proceedings and submitted for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore® Digital Library .

Inclusion in IEEE Xplore is subject to meeting IEEE Xplore's scope and quality requirements.
