The deadline for submitting the camera-ready version is: August 10th, 2026

The instructions below are essential for compliance with publisher requirements so your paper can be included in the proceedings.

Important Instructions

• Please ensure all reviewers' comments are carefully addressed. This will be strictly monitored.
• At least one author must register and present the paper (onsite or online) for it to be included in the proceedings.
• All accepted papers will be published in the Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications series by the publisher.

1. Manuscript Format

Your final manuscript must be prepared using the official the official formatting guidelines and submitted as a PDF.

2. Registration

Please complete your paper registration on time. Registration instructions and rates are available on the registration page.

No paper will be published without completed registration and payment by the author(s).

3. Copyright and Permissions

Authors must ensure that their submission complies with publisher copyright requirements. Details will be provided upon acceptance.

4. Upload via EasyChair

Upload your camera-ready manuscript through EasyChair:

• Log in to EasyChair with your author credentials.
• Navigate to your accepted submission.
• Upload your final PDF prepared according to TBA guidelines.
