Ensure your manuscript meets IEEE requirements for inclusion in the proceedings and IEEE Xplore®.

1. Manuscript Format

Your final manuscript must be prepared using the official A4 IEEE conference templates and submitted as a PDF.

Full / Demo Papers
Follow the IEEE page limits as specified in the call for papers.
Short / Posters
Follow the IEEE page limits. Can be included unless authors opt out.
Important: Follow the IEEE conference template precisely. Do not modify template margins or font sizes.

2. Registration

Please complete your paper registration on time. Registration instructions and rates are available on the registration page.

No paper will be published without completed registration and payment by the author(s).

3. Generate an IEEE Xplore-Compatible PDF (PDF Xpress)

All final manuscripts must be validated using the IEEE PDF Xpress tool:

  1. Log in at ieee-pdf-express.org.
  2. First-time users create an account and enter the Conference ID, your email, and a password.
  3. Upload your source file (your paper) for conversion.
  4. Download the validated IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF.
  5. If conversion is declined, fix the logged issues and repeat the process.
Important: Only IEEE PDF Xpress-certified PDFs will be accepted for the proceedings.

4. Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF)

Complete the Electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF) through the PayQlick System. After registration:

  • Go to "View My Tickets".
  • Submit your IEEE eCF.

5. Camera-Ready Version Submission

Upload your IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF manuscript:

  • Log in to EasyChair with your author credentials and navigate to your accepted submission.
  • Upload your final PDF (must be IEEE PDF Xpress certified).
Upload the package through PayQlick
  1. Open PayQlick
    Sign in and go to View My Tickets.
  2. Upload your package
    Submit the complete camera-ready package (validated PDF + IEEE eCF) prepared above.

Once registration is confirmed and all requirements are met (PDF Xpress + eCF), your paper will proceed for inclusion in the conference proceedings and submission to IEEE Xplore®.
Important Instructions
  • Please ensure all reviewers' comments are carefully addressed. This will be strictly monitored.
  • At least one author must register and present the paper (onsite or online) for it to be included in the proceedings.
  • All accepted, registered, and presented papers will be included in the IEEE Conference Proceedings and submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore®.

Copyright (IEEE eCF)

Copyright is transferred to IEEE via the electronic IEEE Copyright Form (eCF), completed through the PayQlick System after registration.
